I’ve always been impressed with the quality of the shirts and the consistency of cut, but with my latest order, they went above and beyond.... I’ve ordered Bivolino shirts for the past 10 years or so. I’ve always been impressed with the quality of the shirts and the consistency of cut, but with my latest order, they went above and beyond. I carelessly managed to tear one of the shirts on first wear. When I let Bivolino know (to ask about repair), they immediately offered to provide a replacement shirt at no extra cost. This was exemplary customer service and, given the damage was my fault, totally above and beyond. Thank you to Michel and the team - you have a loyal customer in me for many shirts to come!

Firstly, the shirt is a great fit for me (I'm slight and short so off the peg dress shirts don't work for me). Secondly, my order was lost in the post and without any quibble a new shirt was made... I've had several shirts over the last few years and all were excellent. I suggest customers ensure that their total bill is now less than £135. I suggest customers ensure that their total bill is now less than £135. I bought one (high end fabric) shirt which is fabulous but had to pay about £50 more overall (import costs minus the refunded VAT). I paid extra for a 15 day delivery but it was 5 days late so missed the event it was bought for. It was just before the annual August production slow-down so I realized that I was last-minuting and should have planned earlier.

Excellent products and great service the only downside being the first order for fit and sizing. If you had a cheap plain white shirt available to order for a first try i'm sure it would attract... My first order is great and I will definitely be ordering more once I sort through the myriad of fabrics available. Would also like to see a flat squared hem option for casual shirts to wear outside of shorts etc
