I ordered mushrooms expecting them to be vacuum-sealed as advertised, but they arrived without this type of packaging and in poor condition. This raised serious concerns about their freshness, storage, and overall safety. The product did not meet the promised standards, and receiving mushrooms in this state was very disappointing. I hope this issue is addressed moving forward to ensure customers receive products that are properly packaged and in good condition, exactly as advertised.
