The delivery was terrible. I had to carry 89kgs by hand because the delivery driver refused to use her cart to carry the items to the door. BUT the customer service team - Sofie at Wastoren, quickly jumped into action and listened to my disappointment about this and refunded the fee for the poor service and made sure their couriers were made aware of this as well. The product itself is good and although we had some fiddly bits assembling it, it all came together in the end. @Wastoren, just an idea - could you consider offering customers an at home installation or pre-assembled option?

Betrouwbaar bedrijf. De wastoren is van zeer goede en zware kwaliteit. De eikenkleur is erg mooi en modern. Onze keuken heeft echt smoel gekregen door deze mooie kast. Ook de uittrekbare plank voor de wasmand is oerdegelijk en mooi.

Voor wasmachine en/of droger. Nooit meer bukkend de was doen. De wasmachine wordt verhoogd en de leidingen zijn volledig uit het zicht. Bovendien is het geen rommeltje meer door de optimale opbergmogelijkheden. Iedere wasmachine en/of droger past!
