Great atmosphere, motivated people, enthusiastic and funny teacher. Learned a lot, there was room to ask questions / add topics we wanted to discuss. There was a lot of information, but still manageable to absorb everything. The lunch was great!

I already mentioned at the previous question. summarizing it in one sentence: It was a great learning experience, interactive, I was able to have meaningful conversations and exchange ideas about challenges I have faced when trying to engage with the stakeholders.

The Training was very good, we went through the topics of stakeholder engagement and made a plan that fits our own selves. The training also gave an opportunity to be introspective.

Interesting, a good baseline when you never took a leadership course before. However, not made for people who want to go more in depth

It was very useful and well centered on the subject. It provides focus information and explanation about the main topics. Training atmosphere given by the Professor was confidential and professional.

Good content, however the content was more focussed on company level, whereas I was more interested on department level. Some excercises could not be completed fully. More time would be required.

A positive experience that provided me with a structured insight into influencing. It gave me concrete learning on where I can work on and how to address this.

The online tools come in handy, but did not entirely align with the in person training, which made it difficult to increase the learning value. The feedback online on assignments was helpful.

I really liked that the training was build around a framework with 4 pillars. This made it much easier for me to conceptialize, understand, memorize and put into practice. The learning material, examples, video's and exercises were also good and inspiring.

This was a nice introduction to project management. Provides all the necessary information to take into account as a project manager.

I am very positive about this training. It introduced me to several leadership models that provide valuable frameworks for reflecting on real-life situations and identifying the underlying issues that need to be addressed (beneath the iceberg).

I think the course was very nice and helpful to get more insights in project management and helped me prepare for possible mistakes in dealing with project in future. The teacher brought a lot of humor when presenting which made it a pleasant experience.
