It's been a long time since I've had such an attentive customer service experience. Gaynor was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was easy to communicate with via email/phone/WhatsApp, quick to reply, and really listened to what we were looking for in a safari. When planning such a big trip, the details really matter, and we appreciate Gaynor's attention to even small things (including confirming a property we were interested in had giraffes... the top of my kids' safari wishlists!). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gaynor to anyone planning their next safari!

We traveled with our 7 year old, and it was clear real consideration had gone into making the trip work well for a family with a young child. Nothing felt like an afterthought. Whenever we had questions or needed help along the way, support was quick, personal, and genuinely useful, which made the whole trip feel effortless.
