Radhika has been amazing in developing our 2 week Safari itinerary to Victoria Falls and the Kruger area. After it was complete, we had to move out all plans by 6 weeks to accommodate my daughter's work schedule. There have been various other updates and refinements as we worked together to plan an amazing experience. Radhika has been patient, responsive and an amazing resource to provide suggestions and options for travel, accommodations and tours. Henry arranged a wonderful safari for me and my husband this past October in South Africa. During the planning process, we discussed different lodges and reserves, our preferences, the ideal number of days, the numbers of transfers… Once decisions were made, Henry ran with it and arranged everything to give us the perfect safari adventure. He handled all details of our trip from the time we landed at Hoedspruit Airport until we departed from Skukuza Airport. And it all went off without a hitch! Great experience. I received a mail with the request when I would be available for a phone call. Monique, who is great, spend 15 minutes with me on the phone to understand what we are looking for and understand our expectations. next day we received a very professional overview of the proposal. All communication proceeds afterwards via mail and whatsapp. I love it. Really very good experience and I can only recommend this way to book your safari’s. THANK YOU MONIQUE
