Coenraad Groenewald was great in helping us figure out what we wanted to see and do on our trip. He got to know our interests and was then able to lay out the various options and finally make all arrangements. Our trip includes visits to 2 parks, Sabi Sand Nature Reserve and Lukimbi Safari Lodge. He arranged for local transportation so we don't have to worry about any of that. He even went beyond expectations by helping us with some plans that were outside of the safari portion which was a big relief for us.

Tracey is a go to lady! Even with being half a world away I found this to be the most stress free communication I have ever had with a agent. She was so lovely on the found, matched my excitment level and understood what I was really aiming for. I never felt like she was through suggestions in just to bump up the price. Every suggestions was from a previous comment I had made amd she made the dream come alive. As a solo female travellor you can be very nervous but since Tracey has organised everything down to my transport I honestly can now just relax. She was very detailed orientated and answered my many questions and gave great options. 100% would recommend and would use again.
