Allan was so quick to reply and came up with an amazing find on my precise dates to fit in with the rest of my trip. I enquired on Friday afternoon and got a response in no time with follow-up questions. He promised an email of options in the morning and wow did he have a good option. Three nights in Sabi Sands at Elephant Plains, a dream - I hope I get leopards. As an experienced traveller I knew what I was looking for but I get the feeling this company will go the extra mile to hold your hand if you need it. By Monday the deposit had gone through and I was all booked.

Heidi has been exemplary. Last year on the way to the airport my wife fell and broke her hip. Heidi managed to rearrange the vouchers to be valid this year and we are re-booking for September. Can't recommend her highly enough, such a lovely person too.

Christie was wonderful. I did not want a normal safari I wanted a safari off the beaten path. She asked me questions to know my likes and dislikes. She was very patient and understanding and at the end she delivered. Thank you!

Gaynor was an absolute delight to work with. Engaging, friendly, courteous and professional. Upfront about costs and delivered 3 options of price levels to choose from. She held a 45 minute phone call at start of process to listen to our desires and must haves and also tell us about her company and expectations. Followed through quickly on organizing and booking and has kept up informed of every step.
