We were just planning to visit, but the personnel and the manager was very kind and we ended up buying a very beautiful ring! The location and the history is very special here! Is the only place in the world were you can have the Royal 201 cut and they have for 40 years the Guinness Record for the smallest cut in the world!

Definitely worth a visit, a very interesting site! I've always loved diamonds but last week, I got to meet a polisher, Pauline who mage this visit for me.. .. We were very grateful that she took time out of her day to chat to us about her passion and skill of polishing. I was never aware of the craftsmanship and artistry that went into polishing these stones, especially ones so small. It was clear she loved what she did and she is a huge asset to the firm. Please look after this lady... She inspired me to look at diamonds in a different way and truly appreciate the polisher's connection to a stone. The job requires such skill and precision, I'm honestly in awe.

I can’t recommend Royal Coasters highly enough. I arrived completely underdressed, yet I was treated with nothing but respect from the moment I walked in. It’s obvious that the people there genuinely love what they do. Ibnu Gribal looked after me, and his passion for what he does was clear from the start. I mentioned that I enjoy collecting and was looking to buy a diamond. Seeing his face light up as he searched for a unique stone that matched exactly what I was after made the whole experience feel incredibly personal. He helped me find a Royal 201 within my budget, and it turned out to be exactly what I had been looking for. Throughout the entire experience, Ibnu treated me with patience, professionalism, and genuine respect. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both him and Royal Coasters to anyone.
