SCAM! the products they sold me were badly contaminated and totally unsuitable for use. I did my best to explain this to customer service, but they acted completely unprofessionally, asking me to open sterile kits (against kit instructions) that were already contaminated and waste more money by adding more products, knowing full well it would never fix the issue. I'm not sure if i was speaking to AI or someone playing dumb, but stay away from this site. A quick google search will show many more who sell the same exact products.

Quality and overall satisfaction is good. But please put phone number on packaging slīpi since I havent yet received the package due to complications with courier service. They couldnt call me to deliver my package to my doorstep because of this and it is stuck.

I payed you the required amount for my order on 4th January. You then sent this over to Pay,your order handeling service. 4 days and 10 emails later and they still would not clear or set up an account for me. One day I spent 4 hours at it. In the end I had to cancel the order and got a refund. I would not advise anybody to do any business with you. I then placed the same order with another company in Holland and it was sorted in 1hour ???? What a mess up you are
