Dear Mirito Team, Thank you again for your assistance with my order. I have now received and assembled my Man Kung DireWolf MK-XB70. Unfortunately, I have encountered a problem with the trigger/safety mechanism and would appreciate your technical advice before attempting to use the crossbow again. At present, with the crossbow completely uncocked and the string under no tension, the situation is as follows: The safety remains in the S (SAFE) position and I cannot move it to F (FIRE). The DE-COCK button appears to remain in the depressed/engaged position and does not return to its other position. The Anti-Dry-Fire switch can move, but moving it does not release the safety or otherwise change the situation. During my first attempt, I used the supplied cranking device to cock the crossbow. The string appeared to be correctly aligned and I pulled it fully back. The safety remained in the S position, as expected after cocking, but I was unable to move it to F. As I was uncertain whether the trigger mechanism had correctly captured the string, I did not attempt to fire the crossbow. Instead, I carefully released the tension again using the cranking device. The crossbow is now completely uncocked. According to the supplied manual, before cocking the safety should be in the F position, the Anti-Dry-Fire switch should initially be in the Middle position, and after successful cocking the safety should automatically move from F to S. However, my safety currently remains at S even when the crossbow is completely uncocked. Could you please advise me whether the mechanism is in the correct state and, if not, what I should do to reset it safely? I do not want to force any of the controls, disassemble the trigger mechanism, or cock the crossbow again until I receive your advice. If there appears to be a fault with the trigger assembly, could you also please advise whether this can be resolved by replacing the trigger assembly under warranty rather than returning the complete crossbow? Finally, as I live in Kokkola, Finland, could you please let me know whether Man Kung or Mirito has an authorised dealer, technician, service partner or other technical support in Finland who could inspect the crossbow if necessary?
