Fast delivery and extensive cataloge, but when I received the package the rainlegs were the wrong colour! I ordered 2 pcs black rainlegs but received 2pcs in reflective silver.

- In the confirmation-email there was a button to cancel the order, but no button for problems with the order. That would have helped! Another problem is that when I clicked on information-pages about my order they were in some language (dutch?) that I can't read. It would have been helpful if the main pages were in english with an option to read in you own language (in my case Swedish).

- Improve warehouse picking acuracy (do not replace products without confirming with a customer). Double check the pricing of items on the website instead of selling at an incorrect price, realizing you messed up and just canceling the orders. Reply to customers at some point when they email you about receiving the wrong item... Do not promice next day delivery if uncapable of doing it..
