- Worst experience ever. I rented a car from 13 July - 13 August. Right now I am still arguing with them over wrongfully charged administration costs. I am asked to show proof of payment, whilst they cannot provide me with the right documents that state that I indeed owe them money. They charged my credit card, without my permission, whilst their policy mentions that they will only do this after your permission. I have been emailing them abput this issue for the past 2 weeks, but I get 0 response. Would not recommend this company, as their emergency service during the rental period also fully lacked.

- There was no body from BB&L when I brought the car back , no walk around , this could be inproved , when they find something on the car what was missed by pickup , you can not defend your self.

I have been hiring cars from BB$L for more than 30 years from South Africa and every time it was a pleasure to deal with this company. In accidents not my fault, payments upon arrival etc was professionally resolved .

After we had rent a car through BB&L in 2019, we again used their service in december 2020 / januari 2022. The mail traffic is excellent and the pick up at their own counter at Schiphol went smoothly. We got a new car Just last time and it only had 300 km on the clock. Delivering the car to their own drop off counter at Schiphol was quick and easy. The cars are also equipped with a navigation system, which is of course a plus if you do't often drive in the netherlands. The price included unlimited kilometers! Next time we will choose BB&L again.
