I was offered a 50cbm move with an option to revisit cost if we reduced volume to 40cbm. We were quoted for lose moving and storage of lose items but the whole job ended up being 47cbm and fit in a single container and no repacking was ever done even though this was quoted. So overall a five figure price for 4 figure service. When I approached Atlas for a corrected quote they went silent and do not respond. The move was otherwise ok, but a containerised move is one of the simplest and hassle free moves there is - so did I get value for money: not at all.

Overall it was a good experience and the communication and attention to detail was outstanding

All the people I worked with at Atlas were helpful, patient and really took the time to explain everything to me and follow up with me. Great customer service especially as my move wasn't high value.

1. All our boxes and furniture bed frame, mattress, cabinet, dining table, and chairs) arrived in perfect condition, with no damage. 2. There were no missing items, which reflects the careful handling and tracking of our shipment. 3. We were consistently provided with status updates throughout the shipping process, keeping us well-informed. 4. The delivery personnel were professional, courteous, and very accommodating. 5. Overall, we are highly satisfied with the entire process—from pickup to transport, handling, monitoring, and final delivery. While the shipping duration was quite long (pickup on Sept. 6,2024, delivery on Jan. 21, 2025), we understand that international shipping can take time. Additionally, one of our wooden crates still had a red “bonded cargo” sticker and a proforma booking document upon delivery, but we have confirmed that it was cleared through customs.
