I had such a wonderful experience with this shop. I accidentally received the wrong basket for my son, but after contacting customer service, Martha responded with incredible kindness and generosity. She immediately arranged to send the correct basket and even told us we could keep the one that had been sent by mistake. My son was absolutely delighted, and we truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Thank you, Martha, for your outstanding customer service.
