Even though my webshop is not hosted with Acendae, one of their team members still took the time to help me fix a critical WordPress error. He didn’t have to help, but he did, and that really says a lot about their support and attitude. Truly appreciate the help.

Er is weinig gecommuniceerd over jullie naamsverandering, waardoor ik de notificaties die met de nieuwe naam kwamen heb genegeerd. Uiteindelijk is het goed afgelopen. Pramuka heeft persoonlijk contact opgenomen om me erover te informeren. En dat is precies wat ik het fijnste vind aan Acendae: het persoonlijke contact. Ik verleng nu voor het derde jaar. De afgelopen jaren zijn jullie hard gegroeid, maar ik merk dat jullie nog steeds heel goed voor het persoonlijke contact met jullie klanten zorgen. Complimenten daarvoor.

Samenwerking met PRAM IT zeer productief

Last year, we've started working together with PRAM IT team. Their delivered work has been top notch, but it doesn't stop there. After completion of our project, there has been a constant process of followups and monitoring to make sure everything is working perfectly (aftercare service as they call it). This separates them from software development agencies that we've worked with in the past that have delivered, but then seem to mostly forget about their project and move on to the next customer asap. Great experience so far and no doubt this will extend to our collaboration as well.

As an early stage start-up founder, I loved the flexibility & support that PRAM IT gave me as we developed a whole app from scratch. Great developers & great management team! Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable developer agency.
