Previously I had no issues. This time they sent me the wrong product and ghosted me when I asked for an exchange. They have lost a long-term customer.

Have been a long time customer and never had issues. My last order was/is a mess. Took a while to get shipped. Received the wrong stuff. Customer Service does not reply to my messages. Stuck with the wrong products here.

I got almost everything I ordered. Problem is when they use UPS and the customs take longer than 10days to declare it. Nootrofit has to contact them and tell them that a pack is missing. I have tried for 3 days now contacting Nootrofit. No answer on mail or live chat. Ive been logged on the live chat for 48h and still no agent is to be seen.

Great service and really fast delivery. I have ordered some Jocko Drinks and i was super happy with everything. The jocko products are always sold out very quick but the customer service was very supportive and helpful. They also put a Jocko shaker into my order as a gift. Can recommend this site for sure !

In other cases rarely would you describe an exchange with a customer support as delightful, but this is what it was like in my case when messaging with NootroFit.
