"Great service, fair prices, free pick-up and delivery. I had 2 Tufenkian Tibetan wool rugs cleaned. The rugs came back soft and with bright color. I would definitely use their services again.

How can you not love these guys? They are amazing! As a female living alone, it's difficult to move furniture and haul a large area rug out for cleaning (which is what other companies ask for). As a female living alone, it's difficult to move furniture and haul a large area rug out for cleaning (which is what other companies ask for). The guys at Stein rug cleaning do it free of charge and with amazing service and attitude. Some of the kindest people I've met. Highly recommend their services for rug cleaning.

I would recommend Stein rug cleaning over and over again. They picked up our hand-knotted rugs, took them in for cleaning. They cleaned and repaired the rugs. When they brought the rugs back, the... When they brought the rugs back, the rugs were splendid!!! The team returned the rugs to their original positions, even moving the furniture where needed.

My wife and I are doing a remodel and hoped we could salvage a badly soiled Persian rug we purchased from a trip to Spain. Hoped a thorough cleaning would do the job, but the old pet soiling has basically permanently ruined the fibers in the rug in those areas. Avi provided an honest assessment with the information for us to determine whether we should move forward with a clean & repair or look for a new rug.

We had my large area rug cleaned by Stein. It's going in our nursery and I didn't want any of the chemicals that a dry cleaner would use to be on it. They did a great job and it looks beautiful.... We bought a large rug at Crate & Barrel that didnt fit our living room. They were able to cut it down to the perfect size! It looked great and the price was very affordable. Staff was great, they... I am embarrassed that I did not write this review back when I had my rugs cleaned! This company is professional all the way and we could not have been happier. Cleaning and repairing. I had them... I had them wrap some for storage as well. Just can't resist rugs whether we find them on trips or right here in town!
