I just had my large Karastan area rug cleaned by Stein rug and I can't say enough nice things about the experience! These guys did a wonderful job of cleaning the rug and were so helpful along the way, answering questions, working with my schedule for pick up and return, as well as being incredibly nice about repositioning the rug and my furniture in my home once cleaned. Customer service like the old days, only even better!
