We were moving so I had them pick up 5 rugs at the old place, clean them and deliver them to the new house. The came back looking like new in spite of 40+ years of wear and tear. They repaired one... We were moving so I had them pick up 5 rugs at the old place, clean them and deliver them to the new house. The came back looking like new in spite of 40+ years of wear and tear. They repaired one and cleaned all 5 and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. They were responsive, prompt and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.

I had Avi come pick up my rug but he did not feel comfortable taking my rug. He suggest I go and purchase a new rug instead. He is not afraid to give his true opinion. I am very thankful for him. I am very pleased with the cleaning and repair work Stein has just completed on my 40-year-old Karastan rug. The fringe and serving match it exactly.
