We were moving so I had them pick up 5 rugs at the old place, clean them and deliver them to the new house. The came back looking like new in spite of 40+ years of wear and tear. They repaired one and cleaned all 5 and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. They were responsive, prompt and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.
