Our experience was overall very positive, even though we had a difficult journey in the first few days. With help of Roshni we learned all the basic things about how to handle, bathe, change and... Our experience was overall very positive, even though we had a difficult journey in the first few days. With help of Roshni we learned all the basic things about how to handle, bathe, change and feed the baby and kept a close eye on the health of both the baby and the mother. I particularly appreciated that Roshni called in for extra help whenever it was required, be it an extra check for bilirubin levels or reaching out to our midwife and a lactation consultant with any concern. At times though our schedule was quite intense, as we had so much to learn in the limited hours that could be offered to us due to the busy period with a lot of births. We are happy with the care provided, but wished that the number of hours received per day was 6h instead of the received 4h. Also be aware that the 1st day you won't get kraamzorg if you get discharged from the hospital after 4 pm.

She checked all the indispensable... We highly recommend Procare and Roshni. As it is our first baby, Roshni made sure that our wavelengths matched as a starting point. This was very important for us. She checked all the indispensable needs like being punctual, proactive, friendly, taking care of mom and baby, keeping track of daily journal and providing valuable information at the right time. The way she puts across the informations is very nice. She showed us how to handle the baby and gave a good handholding for us to continue further.

Our experience with Chalene and Meryam was simply outstanding! I wish I could give more stars. They were so helpful, full of useful information and tips, and made the first week at home with our little baby one of the best and most memorable weeks of our lives. I highly recommend both Chalene and Meryam, and the excellent care they provided to us truely made the beginning of our new life with our son a very smooth transition

Nadat met 35 weken mijn vliezen braken van mijn tweeling zwangerschap, gingen we er eigenlijk vanuit dat we de volledige kraamperiode in het ziekenhuis zouden doorbrengen. Wonder boven wonder deden... Nadat met 35 weken mijn vliezen braken van mijn tweeling zwangerschap, gingen we er eigenlijk vanuit dat we de volledige kraamperiode in het ziekenhuis zouden doorbrengen. Wonder boven wonder deden onze meisjes het zo goed dat we op dag 6 naar huis mochten, en nog 5 dagen kraamhulp 'over' hadden (2 extra dagen vanwege medische tweeling bevalling via keizersnee). Het contact met ProCare voorafgaand aan de thuiskomst was enorm vriendelijk, meedenkend en proactief, en 1.5u na thuiskomst kwamen kraamhulp Roshni en stagiair Amanda al langs om ons te ondersteunen. Roshni hebben we ervaren als een enorm vriendelijke, rustige, intelligente, kundige en betrokken kraamhulp, die proactief met ons meedacht, goed contact onderhield met de verloskundige praktijk en de GGD en meerdere keren voor ons regelde dat deze eerder kwamen of meer advies gaven. Naast dat ze ons geduldig liet zien hoe we de verzorging van onze babies het beste konden aanpakken, heeft ze ook enorm geholpen met het vinden van een balans in borstvoedingen, kunstvoedingen, kolven en rust houden. Roshni is enorm lief en zorgend voor de babies onder haar hoede, en de meisjes waren zichtbaar op hun gemak bij haar, waardoor we bijvoorbeeld met een gerust hart n par keer de voeding aan haar en stagiair Amanda konden overlaten om zelf wat bij te slapen. Het hebben van een stagiair erbij (2 van de 5 dagen) was enerzijds erg fijn omdat er een extra paar handen was om taakjes op te pakken, en anderzijds merkte ik dat er toch ook iets van aandacht van Roshni ging naar het opleiden/trainen van Amanda. Omdat ik daar ook wel wat van meekreeg, was het toch ook wel leerzaam, dus niet heel erg. Na 5 dagen kraamzorg hebben we nu het idee dat we met wat meer zelfvertrouwen de zorg van onze meisjes kunnen aanpakken, dat we weten waar we de komende dagen en weken op moeten letten en hoe we daar verder op kunnen handelen. Al met al een hele fijne ervaring voor ons als nieuwbakken ouders! Ik zou Roshni dan ook van harte aanbevelen.

It was my second child but first experience in the Netherlands, so, first experience with the kraamzorg. It totally recommand it, even for a second child.

She helped me to keep my mind straight because I always wanted to do too much, reminding me to eat, rest, drink... take care of myself!
Also very good advisor for the baby and very sweet with him.

I recommend ProCare from the bottom of my heart! Both Nina and Salima were wonderful, turned our view on parenthood from "We are not good for parents" to "We've got this"! I know we would never be... She’s been so helpful and caring and a total pro in all things babies! She gave us amazing tips on how to take care of our baby, breastfeeding, helped settle us into a routine and gave us much needed rest and support. She has really gone way above and beyond anything we could have expected from our kraamzorg. We feel really lucky and grateful to have had such great care from Roshni. Thank you so much!
