Our experience was overall very positive, even though we had a difficult journey in the first few days. With help of Roshni we learned all the basic things about how to handle, bathe, change and feed the baby and kept a close eye on the health of both the baby and the mother. I particularly appreciated that Roshni called in for extra help whenever it was required, be it an extra check for bilirubin levels or reaching out to our midwife and a lactation consultant with any concern. At times though our schedule was quite intense, as we had so much to learn in the limited hours that could be offered to us due to the busy period with a lot of births. We are happy with the care provided, but wished that the number of hours received per day was 6h instead of the received 4h. Also be aware that the 1st day you won't get kraamzorg if you get discharged from the hospital after 4 pm.
