Oppo website had a problem. When ordering I could not select the shipment. JVB site worked fine.

Hmm though one...

Everything is a question of taste, but i would suggest updating the hp design abit.
I was a little bit sceptical about buying from the site, because it reminded... Hmm though one...

I was a little bit sceptical about buying from the site, because it reminded me of an older scam site.

I only used your site after getting a rekommandation from a Hi-Fi guy in Scotland first!

Especially now that you sell updated Blueray players etc. to other countries - so an international "fresh" look would be a good move i think.

Nadat ik een Zappiti Player had overgenomen via Marktplaats ondervond ik enkele problemen met de installatie. Contact gezocht met JVB en ik werd keurig geholpen zonder vragen te stellen. Problemen... Nadat ik een Zappiti Player had overgenomen via Marktplaats ondervond ik enkele problemen met de installatie. Contact gezocht met JVB en ik werd keurig geholpen zonder vragen te stellen. Problemen waren hierdoor snel opgelost. Dat noem ik Service met een hoofdletter S. Hierdoor ook besloten om een tweede Zappiti player aan te schaffen bij JVB Digital.

De grote aanwezige kennis van de producten en de vriendelijkheid waarmee ik te woord werd gestaan (ook via de mail zeer snelle reactie op mijn gestelde vragen)

Zeer positieve ervaring.
De dag na de bestelling werd ik gebeld met de vraag of ik vergeten was om de gratis HDMI kabel toe te voegen.
Deze konden ze alsnog meesturen, zonder extra kosten.

Goede ervaring gehad, werd goed op de hoogte gehouden van de bestelling OPPO 205.

Had wel wat problemen met bestellen via de website, maar werd goed op weg geholpen door JVB.

Further to my earlier review. all of the issues raised have been resolved positively by JVB personnel.
It seems that then problem was not with my machine, but with the TV that I was testing it... Further to my earlier review. all of the issues raised have been resolved positively by JVB personnel.
It seems that then problem was not with my machine, but with the TV that I was testing it with. I had telephoned and e-mailed for assistance, without apparent response, but, when I was able to get through by phone, Bas could not have been more helpful. He had written with suggestions, but the email had not got through. He sent me a copy while I was on the phone by way of proof.
BAs agreed that I should send then player to him so that the installation could be checked. I did this, and he was able to confirm quickly that the installation had been carried out correctly. The inspection was carried out free of charge and JVB picked up the return carriage.
When I received the player, I tried it out immediately with a different TV (a five year old SONY) and it worked perfectly on both US NTSC discs and British PAL discs.
I am now delighted with JVB, their product and service, and will be buying a second region-free player from them for my main system. It is such a pleasure to be able to view my extensive collection of British PAL DVDs again!
I would recommend them wholeheartedly now.

They could make it more obvious that certain players do not convert PAL to NTSC despite being fitted with a region-free chip.

Vooruit lopend op het beschikbaar komen van de Oppo 205 al een paar keer contact gehad, via mail en telefonisch, met JVB.
