It has been dissapointment with my last purchase. The bike arrived with missing parts/ faulty order. I have got no updates regarding the issue and solution ever since I first contacted customer... Strengths

I got the product I wanted HSX125, because you said that HSX140 was a replacement for it. Nobody else was saying this. Great information!

The price you quoted in GBP was less than the price I eventually paid, after it was converted to EUR and then I had paid the Paypal fee. Maybe you should have a warning to this effect for non-EUR... Also, when I had paid I was given a page of (double) Dutch, including a sentence beginning "U kunt". Fortunately, I understand a bit of Dutch and just find it funny. Other English speakers might take offence! Maybe this page on your website could be in the same language as the previous pages.
