I have had a fantastic experience. I ordered a child’s bike seat, which unfortunately did not fit my bike. The company have been very accommodating to try & find one that will work for me.

Items packed and shipped very fast, arriving in Sweden quickly. But DHL didn't have my telephone number and code details to my door, resulting in return to DHL facility where nothing really... But DHL didn't have my telephone number and code details to my door, resulting in return to DHL facility where nothing really happened until I phoned and could make arrangement for delivery, 4 days later. Suggestion; clearer on what kind of delivery (in this case someone has to be present during working hours). And not miss to furnish the transport company with details of the recipient.
