3rd parties in Calgary were disappointing as they did not collect the vehicles when promised.

It may also be a good idea to provide information with all the services that you are able to provide prior to the vehicle/s arrival in the Netherlands, we did not know ahead of time that you would be able to upgrade our security / GPS etc etc.

Since we are in a unified Europe, when it comes to budgets for road transport services, I recommend the use of carriers based in countries such as Portugal or Spain that have more extensive... I sent my car from Israel to the Nederland, and SCL was the company that get the car from the shipping. I got all the information before the car get to the Nederland, they connected me to the office... I got all the information before the car get to the Nederland, they connected me to the office for registration of the car and made all the processes much easier for me and I hade a great experience .

I needed a car originating from US to be transported back from Switzerland to US. I found the SCL services in the internet, got after first contact quickly convinced through nice, open and... The execution was flawless, the door-to-door service contained customs clearance and with this paperwork the care got (re-)registered here in US.

Communication was immediate, transparent from the beginning. It was kept active during the whole period informing me about the current status quo, why the car was where it was etc. Costs were also... Only thing which cost some time was information about a single versus a double container, and that the customs clearance paper where sent by post a couple of days after the car already arrived which... The only critical moment in the whole process was when you asked me if I knew where the original title was since the LA agent supposingly couldn't find it, at a time when we had already delivered... Since the loss of the title would have been a mayor issue, this was a little disconcerting.
I suggest, before bothering the client, you should double-, or triple-check internally ;-)
In the end everything turn out perfectly well and the overall experience is absolutely positive.
