I needed a car originating from US to be transported back from Switzerland to US. I found the SCL services in the internet, got after first contact quickly convinced through nice, open and informative communication. The execution was flawless, the door-to-door service contained customs clearance and with this paperwork the care got (re-)registered here in US.
Strengths
Communication was immediate, transparent from the beginning. It was kept active during the whole period informing me about the current status quo, why the car was where it was etc. Costs were also communicated transparently and final costs were pretty much where the first estimate put them.
Improvements or suggestions
Only thing which cost some time was information about a single versus a double container, and that the customs clearance paper where sent by post a couple of days after the car already arrived which also cost time to get the car registered.
