I asked for next day delivery and was never warned that that may not be possible. The prints arrived 3 days late and are not needed now. It would have been helpful to know that my request of next... It would have been helpful to know that my request of next day delivery was not possible before I went ahead with the printing. I now have to pay £30 for unwanted printing.

The whole invoicing afterwards and payment is a bit awkward. I was simply expecting a checkout page and to pay there and then. It's not what I'm used to. Ordering the actual document was easy...
