Had een product waarvan de batterij niet naar behoren werkte. Na contact te hebben opgenomen ben ik direct verder geholpen. Zeer snelle en vriendelijke reacties terug gekregen vol begrip. Meteen een... Had een product waarvan de batterij niet naar behoren werkte. Na contact te hebben opgenomen ben ik direct verder geholpen. Zeer snelle en vriendelijke reacties terug gekregen vol begrip. Meteen een oplossing gezocht en het product terug kunnen omruilen naar een nieuwe. Deze werkt nu prima!
