The tool to determine the size is very simple and frustration free, and it actually really works, the shirts have come out as I needed them.
The level of customization is just perfect.

The range of available fabrics has recently changed, so I get different fabrics if I go to the store directly or I start from a previous order and build a new order modifying the old one.
