Delivery took longer than expected and I had to pay for the return which I didn’t realise when I purchased the trainers. I thought I was saving in this website but the return made it more expensive.... I bought the larger size on a different website. Disappointed because o had to return, otherwise it would be fine.

It explains that we are based in the Netherlands and that we don't provide return labels. We hope to be able to do this in the near future, but for now we try to be as transparent as possible about these costs.
