Unfortunately I am yet to receive the parcel. It was passed to courier on the 16th December, which was several days before the border to UK closed due to Covid. Despite several emails I have no idea... Unfortunately I am yet to receive the parcel. It was passed to courier on the 16th December, which was several days before the border to UK closed due to Covid. Despite several emails I have no idea where the parcel is, or if it will ever arrive. I also emailed the courier but they haven't even bothered to respond.
Parcel arrived just after Xmas. Company were responsive to messages, let down by a poor courier service.

Very good, there were some supply chain difficulties due to Xmas volume, and they kept me appraised everyday. So sometimes its the quality that shows when things are awry that stand out. Order now... Order now received all great. It was only a small delay, but the customer support was immediate, attentive and resolved things quickly.

None, there was a genuine supply chain issue from the manufacturers end. I guess if pushed, maybe they needed to get manufacturer to be more specific about the delay to help them pass on better...
