Dear Frank,
The costs for returning from the UK are indeed high, but this and all other information about our return policy is communicated even before one places an order. On our main page there is a link "https://21run.com/uk/returning-your-order"
It explains that we are based in the Netherlands and that we don't provide return labels. We hope to be able to do this in the near future, but for now we try to be as transparent as possible about these costs.
