I bought the "Double Pointed Pendant Obsidian" and the metal did oxidize really quickly. So after only 3 days it was completly orange

What a pity to hear that you are not satisfied with our customer service. They work as hard as they can, but due to the summer holidays they are not fully present. We indicate in the acknowledgement that we will respond within seven working days. Unfortunately, sending three messages within 24 hours will not speed up the response time.
We see that our customer service has now refunded you for the product you received. Again our apologies for the inconvenience!
As for the pendant, it is made of brass. This means that the pendant can discolour. Unfortunately, how quickly this can happen varies from person to person, this has to do with the degree of skin. It can also discolour faster when the pendant comes into contact with water or sweat during these hot days. Unfortunately, it cannot be prevented that the pendant will discolour.

I ordered there twice, until the packages were delivered all was good with the e-mail exchange and Customer Service’s communication (Julia), even with most of products that I ordered… but when I wanted to make a complaint - no reaction at all! The complaint was about the product that I received yesterday (4 August 2022) - a face cosmetic “Uoga Uoga” worth 20 EUR - that had an expiration date on the bottle: 11.02.2021 - it means that it was supposed to be used before February 2021, a year and a half ago!!! Since I informed about this fact yesterday morning by e-mail - no reaction from Julia/Customer Service. I expected an apology and a reimbursement but there’s silence and ignorance. All I can do is to return the cosmetic paying for the delivery worth half of the cost of the cosmetic + CO2 production and a product to be thrown away afterwards…
All the funny “Zenful” texts in your e-mails don’t make sense in the situation like this. “You are Zen”? I’m not.

Becouse here in Greece, this company is not well known,as many others, so is not easy for them to find a home and also not easy for the customer to find a commercial annex. In fact there is only one in all the co-capital of Greece !
They didn't had all customer's informations and they didn't communicated. So they had the order and stored in the warehouse with doing nothing about that.
Here is summer and people going for summerholidays.
Also my mother have health problems and in every time will call for help. I can't be waiting them all the day and finaly they didn't and they finally came in the last of the other day! I couldn't find them for ask "what is happened(?)" becouse their phones answering by cassette player ! This not makes easy othe continuing of our relationship.😥
Finally i took them yesterday and very gland to hold them! Thank You Very Much😘
