I ordered there twice, until the packages were delivered all was good with the e-mail exchange and Customer Service’s communication (Julia), even with most of products that I ordered… but when I wanted to make a complaint - no reaction at all! The complaint was about the product that I received yesterday (4 August 2022) - a face cosmetic “Uoga Uoga” worth 20 EUR - that had an expiration date on the bottle: 11.02.2021 - it means that it was supposed to be used before February 2021, a year and a half ago!!! Since I informed about this fact yesterday morning by e-mail - no reaction from Julia/Customer Service. I expected an apology and a reimbursement but there’s silence and ignorance. All I can do is to return the cosmetic paying for the delivery worth half of the cost of the cosmetic + CO2 production and a product to be thrown away afterwards…
All the funny “Zenful” texts in your e-mails don’t make sense in the situation like this. “You are Zen”? I’m not.
