Their contact system is designed to frustrate and prevent contact. Just goes round in circles. Worse ever!

II can understand you can use the quooker negated hot water but many times I want to use our domestic hot water but ie takes forever to come through and is very slow, you only have to turn the mixer tap slightly towards the cold and it does go completely cold.
