Instant boiling water on tap really makes the tea/coffee making experience easier, you can make a drink instantly rather than turning on a kettle and having to come back. Also useful for filling a pan with water for cooking. Company has been very responsive when I have asked for support following an upgrade to their system which improved how often you needed a new filter but did require a new piece of kit.

I have had the tap for 3 years and have 2 adults in the house.Needed a service which cost £260 so cannot justify the purchase and would not recommend the product

It’s far too difficult to order replacement parts. The website is ridiculous and forced me to waste 45 minutes creating accounts and passwords and refuses to allow you to order more than 1...
