When I created an account, the website went to a blank page after every time I clicked "next". Not a great first impression. What do you think of the information on the Lendahand website?

Could provide a bit more information on the kind of impacts projects are thought to have. I.e. a solar power company is presumably good for the environment, but one investment I saw was for a truck... I.e. a solar power company is presumably good for the environment, but one investment I saw was for a truck company. I don't know what impact that'll have. Obviously it creates some jobs, but who knows if they use to trucks to sell weapons or they are very bad diesel trucks. I'm here because I want to help the world become a better place, I would like you to tell me how these projects make the world better.

Overall positive. Projects and partners seem to be well selected. The selection / due diligence, however, is not transparent. Lendahand could improve on professionalism - e.g. re transparency and... Lendahand could improve on professionalism - e.g. re transparency and at times emails are in Dutch only. A greater diversity of origination - both geographic and thematic - would be excellent (e.g. currently emphases on solar and micro-borrowers/groups). And a question, why, for instance, does only Opportunity Bank Uganda participate?

Some minor glitches in the process. Somehow the 'investeerderstoets' scored me below the advised 18, but I am fairly certain I understand the risks really well. I was subsequently keen to find out on which questions in particular I scored low, but this information could not be collated anymore.

I like the kind of projects in you can invsest, always supporting small communitites. I feel that my money is helping some people.

Sometime the information of the projects is a bit scarce, and in some projects the information is only in dutch.
