BAD. I wrote a review last week and stated that LENDAHAND lost a Wallet payment of €31.50, which should have gone to my bank account, when they changed to LEMONWAY Holland. You cannot say 100% of... You cannot say 100% of people are satisfied.

What do you think of the information on the Lendahand website?

Poor. The Wallet and transfer system failed when they transferred from Lemonway France to Lemonway Holland. I have lost €31.50 as a result. The printout I received from Lemonway France showed my... The printout I received from Lemonway France showed my name incorrectly spelt with money in and money out, with no details of where the money had actually gone.

What do you think of the information on the Lendahand website?

They are friendly but as I have lost my interest payment, surface friendliness counts for nothing. They are giving me a bad feeling about their operation.

Great project in general - it gives one a meaningful way to help developing world. It is not a gift, it is a way to help them grow with cheap money. Regarding the website there are still some things... Great project in general - it gives one a meaningful way to help developing world. Regarding the website there are still some things to improve - in particular it would be translating all content to English as well - especially information connected with payment. Google translate is a viable option but it would be more credible to have the info in English :-)

To few projects in general, and special for solar/renewable energy projects compared to the amount of crowfunding. The projects are fully funded within hours, and if not very quick response, it's not possible to do crowfunding for solar/renewable energy projects by you. Very good that you have a large amount of crowfunding to fully fund projects very fast - but would be good to then have more/larger projects. For more solar projects - perhaps it can be a possibility with cooperation with TRINE for crowfunding of more and larger projects together, or possible Sunfunder for their larger solar deployment fund ?

Compared to the UK (lendahand Ethex) site I have previously used, it was difficult to register.

Specifically I had a problem that my passport scan was of too poor quality. I was not... Compared to the UK (lendahand Ethex) site I have previously used, it was difficult to register.

Specifically I had a problem that my passport scan was of too poor quality. I was not informed of this (by email or an error message on the website) and when I tried to invest (on at least 3-4 occasions) there was no payment option (but also no information about why I could not invest) which was frustrating.

Eventually I got a generic customer service email asking why I had not invested, and after explaining the problem I was told about the issue with the passport photo quality and managed to resolve it.

What do you think of the information on the Lendahand website?

Generally good, but the registration procedure was difficult (see above), and there is no explicit information about your account status (waiting for document approval, able to invest, etc.....)

Very good experience with Lendahand.

Main recommendations would be to improve reporting to better analyse diversification of investments and or risk.

enough information although maybe a little too complicated for investors with little knowledge in finance
