Overall positive. Projects and partners seem to be well selected. The selection / due diligence, however, is not transparent. Lendahand could improve on professionalism - e.g. re transparency and at times emails are in Dutch only. A greater diversity of origination - both geographic and thematic - would be excellent (e.g. currently emphases on solar and micro-borrowers/groups). And a question, why, for instance, does only Opportunity Bank Uganda participate?

Investment project descriptions are pretty lean - could provide more info.
When investment restrictions apply these should be noted in the upfront summary information - not only in the description.
The payment processing page is in Dutch only - should have an English version.
Portfolio spreadsheet download function to track ones portfolio would be a valuable addition.
