Contact liep, na een eerste kennismaking voornamelijk via whatsapp en dat was wat mij betreft prima! Snelle en vriendelijke reacties maakte het contact prettig en werkbaar. Snelle en vriendelijke reacties maakte het contact prettig en werkbaar. Daarnaast maakte IQ mooie brochures voor de kijkers en ook dat is voor mij een pluspunt.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Lana and IQ Makelaars in selling our family home. From the beginning, spending lots of time answering all our questions about the different possibilities between renting and selling, the state of the housing market during the big changes in interest rates and energy prices etc. After we "interviewed" 3 different makelaars, we chose Lana and IQ. Calm, professional, knowledgable. Importantly, very good at communication and willing to spend time with us. Not a typical salesperson approach that talks too much and pretends to know it all. She was present for all 20+ home inspections and guided us through each step personally. After each inspection, we received whats app messages about how it went and what the outcomes may be. And the house sold above expectations - the icing on the cake.
