Flexible ("butterfly") needles should be used for blood samplings generally, not only in case of many tubes to be filled.

I had a wonderful time. The food was good. The rooms were warm.

The showers would suddenly go very hot or very cold for a few seconds, but it wasn't a major problem.

It is each time a reduction of the personell freedom.

For a stay of SEVEN days:

Shiatsu Massage OR

TEN days is quite to much, to wait for these activities.
It is very good, to avoid to much depressing time.... For a stay of SEVEN days:

Very nice employees, but sometimes to strict, I did not come late medication was in time but got a money penalty because 1 minute there and not 2 before.
Money penalty is too high.

Money penalty is too high.
The payment of pra studies is very low in comparison to for example German studies and then you get additionally high penalties. Penalties can be lower.
The dinner is nice and I liked it that we can choose the dinner. But breakfast and lunch always toast bread, I did not like that. For volunteers who stay several weeks in a study, food is very important.
Also volunteers should get the possibility to go on the balcony.
I wont come back because of the low payment and the high penalties.

Not so high penalties and not so sudden.
The money is too low. More people would stay there for a long study, if the payment would be better.

Sorry to hear you received a money penalty so suddenly. We have regulations to stick to. I can image the payment was low. Recently we have increased the daily payment. So now, in general, the compensation lies between € 121 and € 227 per day.
Furthermore, now you can choose for yogurts with muesli for breakfast as well! So a little more variation.

As different times before in Zuidlaren and at the old position before besides the university clinic in Groningen, it was very fine and organised. In my special case, I again want to say thank you... In my special case, I again want to say thank you for the allowance to stay longer a few days, until my train was starting back home. I hope to take part again another time for elder vrijwilligers.

Everybody was friendly and nice. In my mind is nothing that could be better done.

It was the first time for me and everything exceeded my expectations.

Not for the stay at the clinic, but for the website - first, filter researches by dates. Also, I'd like to be able to register there, see my previous participation, the one I applied to, screening... Staff would be polite to and courteous to some volunteers. And rude to others. I'm guessing due to looks. I just got out of a week long stay last week. Food is horrible. Need more staff to handle... Need more staff to handle loud obnoxious people(men) who need to be know what not interested means! Pay was great though. And overall, I would do definitely do another study at PRA even if I had to put up with the much needed improvements.

More polite staff. And better monitoring of those that need to be in a college dorm and not at a clinical trial with married women.
