Staff would be polite to and courteous to some volunteers. And rude to others. I'm guessing due to looks. I just got out of a week long stay last week. Food is horrible. Need more staff to handle loud obnoxious people(men) who need to be know what not interested means! Pay was great though. And overall, I would do definitely do another study at PRA even if I had to put up with the much needed improvements.
Do you have any suggestions for improvement?
More polite staff. And better monitoring of those that need to be in a college dorm and not at a clinical trial with married women.
