Dure bemiddeling voor een hulp

Bedankt voor je review. Vervelend dat je de prijzen te hoog vindt. Bij Hlprs bepalen de helpers echter zelf het uurtarief, zo kun je altijd iemand kiezen die past bij je eigen budget!

Terrible experience. I think, this company is a fraud. They charge you 40 years just for the excess to their services but take no responsibility for result. My apartment was barely cleaned... Terrible experience. I think, this company is a fraud. They charge you 40 years just for the excess to their services but take no responsibility for result. My apartment was barely cleaned (including that helper put the new bed clothes on the old one), but then I approached the huiscleaning to get it re-done (with proof pictures), they told me that I just need to pay the cleaner and there’s is nothing they will do about my issue.

Als je op zoek bent naar flexibiliteit dan kan Hlprs een goede oplossing zijn. Als je één vaste schoonmaakhulp zoekt en nodig hebt, dan vind ik het platform minder geschikt. De relatief hoge kosten... Als je op zoek bent naar flexibiliteit dan kan Hlprs een goede oplossing zijn. Als je één vaste schoonmaakhulp zoekt en nodig hebt, dan vind ik het platform minder geschikt. De relatief hoge kosten die je per uur afdraagt wegen voor mij niet op tegen het "gemak". Je kan ook zelf afspraken maken met een schoonmaakhulp en je daarmee volledig aan de regels houden. Hiervoor heb je geen platform nodig.

Bedankt voor je feedback! Bij Hlprs kan je óók terecht voor een vaste schoonmaakhulp, je plaatst zelf een boeking en kiest vervolgens voor een eenmalige of structurele hulp. Geen probleem!

Het inhuren van een schoonmaakhulp via een platform als Hlprs heeft de volgende voordelen: administratie en facturatie wordt geregeld, geen contant geld in huis nodig betalingen lopen via een betalingsprovider, Hlprs werft dienstverleners én klanten, klantenservice, aanvullende verzekering bij schade.

The owners of the company take no responsibility urging helpers to ask for their money directly from the clients. The helper has to pay social security, tax holiday pay and insurance themselves out of the 11.50 an hour. The company is not interested in any issues brought to them, their answer is if you're not happy quit.

We have had contact and explained you the process of the platform: we send invoices to the clients, and as soon as they pay the invoice, the money is transferred to your bank account. When clients are late with thier payments, we always send them reminders.
Furthermore, the "minimum wage" is an advised price we offer- you can choose your own hourly rate, so if you feel like the advised price is too low for you, you can easily change this via the platform. Furthermore, on our website we explain how the Regulation of home services works. We also explained this to you when you signed up to work via our platform. We are sorry if there were still unclear issues. You are always more than welcome to ask us anything about the processes : )

Drama met het nieuwe Hlprs-systeem.

WIj zijn prima en super snel geholpen.Zeer vriendelijke medewerksters en we hebben snel al contact kunnen leggen met een hulp.
