Like many living at a distance from a supplier, there is always some concern that items advertised may not be accurately described or that they may not arrive when expected. If ever there was a company that is true to their word this is it. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Extensive collection of firebacks. Able to search website by dimension, which I found especially helpful. I was concerned about delivery from the Netherlands to Kansas, but it was surprisingly quick. Packed perfectly with adequate, but minimal wrapping making it easier to carry. Our UPS driver even carried it in and placed it behind the tree. Good communication from the start. My husband loved his Christmas present.

I am not happy with the screen. It was pictured in brass and a patina finish but came in black (almost looks spray painted). When I took it out of the package, black specs chipped off everywhere... I am not happy with the screen. It was pictured in brass and a patina finish but came in black (almost looks spray painted). When I took it out of the package, black specs chipped off everywhere and the piece smelled of fumes or something. I hope it can stand up to the fire and that it does not emit this smell when heated.
