I have had excellent experiences both times that I have dealt with this company. The service exceeded my expectations. I live in Australia. Like many living at a distance from a supplier, there is always some concern that items advertised may not be accurately described or that they may not arrive when expected. If ever there was a company that is true to their word this is it. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
Strengths
Charles Nijman is a real person. If one has a request he responds as if he was in the room with you in person. He is on the ball and attentive to customers' needs. His products are as described. Delivery efficiency has to be experienced - in my case both times virtually as fast as local postage - and to be fair Auspost is pretty good!
