Very Bad Experience They Cheated me

On 17th December, I submitted my Apple Air M2 laptop to ThePhoneLab for a screen replacement, as I was aware that the laptop was functioning properly and only the screen had an issue. The employee assured me that he would check the device, replace the screen, and call me within 30 minutes to 1 hour. However, I did not receive any call until the next day. When I followed up, he informed me that he was still working on it and that the laptop would be ready by Friday at the latest.
Despite this, I received no updates on Friday or Saturday. When I called again, another person told me that the keyboard was also not working. Today, I received another call stating that the keyboard is still not functioning and that I need to come in to discuss the matter.
It appears that my laptop has been mishandled, and I feel like I am being misled. Cheating customers to earn €600 or €800 is not worth it—you will not become successful by fooling your customers.

During your visit to our store, we informed you in advance that the MacBook display could not be tested prior to the repair. After completing the repair, the display is functioning properly.
After the repair, it was found that the keyboard is not working. We would like to emphasize that no work was performed on the keyboard or on any components that could directly affect it during the repair. The keyboard was not disconnected, replaced, or handled in any way during the repair.
Because the device could not be fully tested beforehand, we are unfortunately unable to determine the exact condition of the keyboard prior to the repair. Based on the work carried out, there is no technical connection between the repair and the keyboard malfunction. We have determined that a replacement keyboard shows the same issues. This indicates a motherboard-related problem.
