Both my kid and myself had a haircut and we both need to go to another salon to correct the mistakes. The student made a mess around my son's ears and the docent has corrected it, however, we will need to go to another hair salon to cut the hair even when the hair will grow. I was happy with my cut, but the color was a disaster: my skin was terribly stained and I only covered the roots. The color the student chose was way too dark and I look like a dalmatian. I have to go to another salon to correct the color.

Very friendly people, unbeatable price. Usually very happy with the cut, not this time when we have to pay full amount at another salon to correct the mistakes. Based on the previous positive experiences, I would recommend NKA, based on this experience, I would say run quickly. Do not ask for fancy stuff and they might get it right.
