Complicated Assembly of Product
Negative: be careful when ordering a table/desk from them. They just send a universal tabletop that you need to screw/drill everything by yourself. Don't expect IKEA convenience from their product. So go and rather buy your office desk from some other company that has ease of assembly if you are not into DIY installation.
No solution is offered by them.
Positive: Quick delivery by appointment, quick response from customer service (even though they don't offer a better solution)
Anyway avoid them at all costs

You purchased an adjustable desk from us. Sorry to hear that the assembly was not easy for you. The top needs to be fixed with wood screws and it can indeed be difficult as the top and legs are universal. You can assemble the top using the wood screws provided.
