We waited six months for this mirror to become available, and when it finally did, there was only one left in stock. Since it was not possible to see the mirror in person before ordering, we decided to take the risk.
Unfortunately, after delivery we discovered that the mirror significantly distorts the reflection. Looking at yourself in it actually makes you feel dizzy and nauseous. We contacted customer service and requested a return. The mirror was collected relatively quickly, which was the only positive part of the experience.
However, after the return, we received no updates at all. The refund was only processed after we contacted the company again to remind them. Even worse, we were told that the distortion in the reflection was “normal” and did not constitute a defect. This is completely unreasonable — a mirror that makes you feel dizzy when looking at the reflection is not functioning as it should. Despite this, we were charged for the return as if we had simply changed our mind about the purchase.
The packaging was also unacceptable. The entire package was covered in what appeared to be animal hair, and the box had a strong unpleasant smell. It honestly seemed as though an animal living at the factory had been sleeping on the packaging.

We can see that you ordered the mirror in June, when it was in stock, and it was shipped to you immediately. Unfortunately, with certain shapes of mirrors, a slight distortion can occur depending on the viewing angle and distance. This is a characteristic of the design rather than a manufacturing defect, which is why a replacement would not have resolved the issue.
Although this was not considered a product defect, we accepted the return free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. We are sorry that the product did not meet your expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
