At first everything worked like clockwork, later it turned bad. Had ordered a 26” rear wheel to my home adress in Belgium but was to be used for a bike in my summer house in Denmark later. As I came to Denmark, despite saying 26” on the sticker on the wheel it turns out it is no more than 25” and of no use. As I had passed the 30 days after purchase, despite the product clearly being faulty, I could not return the item. Hoping for at least an apology and a recommendation for a suitable alternative was also in vain. Not impressed I must say.
